Position: Division Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time/Exempt

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other management personnel to set overarching goals related to sales, production, profitability, quality assurance, and staff development, while monitoring progress to ensure targets are met.
  • Formulate divisional budgets and adhere to them effectively.
  • Provide insights for equipment or asset acquisitions based on strategic objectives and operational requirements.
  • Promote employee adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Empower division managers with the necessary authority to fulfill their responsibilities and achieve set objectives.
  • Foster relationships with relevant local and state agencies, associations, and potential clients to secure work for the division and enhance public relations.
  • Stay informed about competitive landscape, regional growth trends, market analyses, and other factors that may influence operations.
  • Design and implement Best Practices across all division sectors.
  • Oversee budget management, review and authorize sales documentation, and other materials to control expenses and boost revenue within established guidelines.
  • Direct personnel management within the division, including recruitment, hiring, disciplinary actions, promotions, terminations, performance goal setting, and evaluations.
  • Facilitate cross-training of personnel at all levels to ensure uninterrupted operations in the absence of key staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of direct reports and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Guide staff development initiatives, fostering a motivating environment and providing effective training.
  • Perform routine site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensure proper setup of contract files, timely and accurate contract reporting, and prevent any unbilled contract activities.
  • Address customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • ISA Certification is essential.
  • Valid CDL and Medical Card are required.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and a profit-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Adept at identifying, developing, and retaining key personnel.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Results-driven and action-oriented.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
