**About Reinschiff Yacht Management**: Reinschiff Yacht Management is a leading provider of high-quality yacht management and maintenance services. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our expanding team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and organization.
- Conduct regular quality checks on yachts, identifying necessary repairs and upgrades.
- Coordinate with the Office Manager to manage calendars, bookings, and scheduling efficiently.
- Train and mentor the cleaning team, building a strong, motivated, and professional workforce.
- Troubleshoot operational issues on yachts, including gangways, hydraulic doors, and power systems.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain seamless communication with clients, shipyards, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive knowledge of modern yachts and their operations.
- Previous experience as Superyacht deck crew or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cleaning and maintenance standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Well-presented and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Must be residing in Mallorca with all required documents in hand.
- Valid driver’s license and 25 years or older.
