About the Role

Cpm International is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential customers, assisting with enquiries, and resolving issues related to Dyson products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Dyson products
  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to assist customers in solving issues with their machines
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Dyson products to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

  • Fluent level of written and spoken Swedish
  • Good level of English to communicate with international teams
  • Eligibility to work in Spain
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office
  • Solution-oriented and able to work under pressure
