Travel Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing European operation at Luxury Escapes.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales activity and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our highly engaged member base.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and make sales inquiries by phone, electronically, or in person, providing customers with general information relating to services, packages, and pricing.
- Offer excellent customer service by recommending workable solutions that meet the needs of the business and customer.
- Provide our members with full package upgrade options and ensure daily prompt follow-up and ownership of customer sales inquiries.
- Display initiative in customer solutions and team engagement, resolving customer complaints where applicable and within specified time frames.
- Personable, approachable, and professional with a passion for helping customers find the perfect luxury holiday.
- Background in phone-based sales, with travel experience highly regarded.
- Used to dealing with KPIs and thriving in a competitive environment.
- Flexible with availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
- Driven to succeed, with a willingness to take on challenges and achieve goals.
