EP Equipment Group is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to assist our dealer network across Spain. A background in technical field service and customer assistance for capital equipment such as forklifts, industrial vehicles, aerial work platforms, and construction machinery is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting:

In the role of a Technical Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in the technical domain, offering assistance to our dealer network in Europe regarding technical challenges. Acting as a liaison between the dealer, technician, and the manufacturer, you will outline procedures and initiate appropriate solutions.

Dealer Assistance:

Your role will ensure that dealers have the necessary resources to perform their tasks effectively. You will proactively manage field actions, provide on-site troubleshooting support, conduct online and in-person training for our systems, and serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates currently engaged in technical support, customer service, or technical training roles. If you are eager to advance your career with a leading manufacturer specializing in lithium-powered storage solutions, this opportunity is for you. You should be results-driven, persistent in follow-ups, and interested in product development.

Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills are essential to ensure our dealers feel valued and supported by EP Equipment Group.

Travel will be a component of this position, primarily involving visits to dealers throughout Spain.
