The Field Technical Support (f/m/d) role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is crucial for delivering immediate assistance by addressing customer issues through technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This position is integrated within the Customer Care division.

You will be part of the South Area and report to the Service Supervisor overseeing Field Service operations. If you excel in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to a premier service organization, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop expertise to comprehend the industry, company, products, tools, and team dynamics, supported by a structured Development Pathway program aimed at fostering team growth.
- Collaborate with a robust leadership team on key projects to ensure successful installations that meet customer and company standards.
- Perform troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Technical or University degree in Biomedical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar technical role or customer-facing position.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Willingness to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, along with IT repair experience in laboratory settings, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
