The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Group Leader to join our Quantitative Cell Biology Program at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG). As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead your own research group and contribute to the development of innovative approaches to address fundamental questions in cell biology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead your own research project, focusing on quantitative cell biology and its applications.
  • Develop and implement novel experimental and computational approaches to investigate cell organization and function.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to advance our understanding of biological systems.
  • Contribute to the development of our Quantitative Cell Biology Program and its strategic direction.

Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g., cell biology, molecular biology, biophysics, or a related area).
  • Postdoctoral research experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A strong track record of research productivity and innovation.
