- Support pricing actions in business as usual and promotions decisions to ensure commercial goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Provide pricing tools and capabilities to business tribes, ensuring they make informed pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to build tools and capabilities for customer base understanding and evolution.
- Analyze customer development actions to maximize present and future customer value using Pricing as a lever.
- Support the Customer Development team by analyzing and exploring actions to grow the Mobile Primary Bank base and develop strategies for new segments.
- Foresee technical requirements for the pricing and customer development platform of the future to boost efficiency and sustainability.
