Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and solutions to our clients in the area of Merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and solutions to clients in the area of Merchandising
  • Implement and support our data model into SQL Server and Oracle environments
  • Troubleshoot technical issues independently
  • Contribute to technical projects and their integration in the customer environment
  • Support project participants and project management with expertise and solutions
  • Transfer projects into regular operations at the customer and support colleagues and customers in support cases/escalations
  • Analyze client requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Support the NielsenIQ sales team and analytics team with technical competence and experience
  • Build strong partnerships with customers and inspire them to meet contractual agreements

Requirements

  • Software support and administration skills
  • Database experience in SQL Server and Oracle
  • Strong communication skills (Spanish and English)
  • Reliability and commitment to the project and support
  • Patient and able to find solutions to problems
  • Ability to work in a team and collaboratively with internal and external experts
  • Good understanding of customer issues and ability to meet customer needs
  • Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
