Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Qcp Capital Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects and overseeing the quality training program for all site personnel and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality plans to ensure compliance with the Site Quality Plan as detailed in the Prime Contract.
  • Lead quality for site execution and oversee quality training program for all site personnel and visitors.
  • Identify and share best quality practices across the site.
  • Ensure overall compliance with the Site Quality Plan and quality management systems.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with the site construction manager on all quality issues.
  • Chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the project's sub-contractor QC personnel.
  • Elaborate inspection and test programs.
  • Ensure safety is adhered to at the site.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Years as a QA Supervisor - in the field of specialty within renewable industry specific to PV projects.
  • 3 - 5 years experience.
  • Quality Management Systems Audit an added advantage.
