Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our QA competency center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a project test team throughout the project life cycle and ensuring the overall quality of our software solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the test strategy and project quality & testing plans to ensure alignment with our development processes.
- Work with development leads to ensure testing environments are correctly prepared and identify and resolve important/blocking bugs expeditiously.
- Guide, lead, and mentor QA Engineers, assigning tasks and controlling progress to ensure high-quality test coverage.
- Collaborate with business analysts and business users to ensure Requirements Specifications and Functional Specifications are clearly understood and develop Testing plans and scenarios for System and User Acceptance Testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance management, with a focus on software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and mentor QA Engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
