Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:
Sapiens International Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our QA competency center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a project test team throughout the project life cycle, ensuring the overall quality from planning to successful project completion and go-live.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the test strategy and project quality & testing plans.
- Ensure the testing and development processes are aligned with the test strategy and that testing is executed with sufficient test coverage to meet or exceed quality expectations.
- Maintain and continuously improve the quality of test coverage, processes, and the accuracy of defect evidence and system performance.
- Work with development leads to ensure testing environments are correctly prepared and identify and resolve important/blocking bugs expeditiously.
- Guide, lead, and mentor QA Engineers, assigning tasks and controlling progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and test management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
