**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead a team of quality professionals to conduct site audits, inspections, and testing to identify potential non-conformities and issue timely corrective actions.
- Review and approve quality plans, procedures, and reports from contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in construction management meetings and QA/QC project meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Work with the turnover and commissioning team to establish quality verification documents and ensure that all quality requirements are met.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a construction or engineering project.
- Proven track record of leading quality management teams and implementing quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality assurance and control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
