Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience technology, is seeking a highly skilled German Lead Prospector to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-quality leads for our internal sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads for our internal sales teams using industry knowledge and IT landscape expertise.
  • Conduct thorough company evaluations to assess potential and ensure compliance with our guidelines.
  • Utilize internal tools to conduct eligibility checks and ensure prospects meet our acquisition criteria.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead and optimize lead sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver a set of high-quality leads based on quarterly targets and provide weekly reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in prospection, business development, and/or B2B sales.
  • C2 level of German language proficiency.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.

  • Ability to work autonomously and report progress on a daily basis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM systems.
