About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel in Barcelona. As a key member of our Middle Office team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Creation: Create contracts for candidates and clients, including gathering and vetting necessary information, issuing contracts, and storing signed documents.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders for freelancers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Master Data Management: Create and manage client and candidate master data in ERP systems, enabling accurate payroll and invoicing.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports to support business needs, providing valuable insights for our team.
Customer-Facing Responsibilities
  • Candidate Onboarding: Welcome new candidates, explaining timesheeting portals and payslip information.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns.
  • Communication: Collaborate with recruitment consultants, local finance, payroll, and legal teams to coordinate timelines and data flows.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is a must; Spanish is a significant plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in shared service centers, administrative environments, HR services, accounts payable, and billing customer service is ideal.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, customer focus, communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
