POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained to the highest standards at our depot. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicle interiors and exteriors in accordance with company protocols and customer specifications;
  • Prepare and equip campervans for bookings, ensuring all necessary checks are completed;
  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions;
  • Manage the movement and parking of vans, including client pickups;
  • Ensure all equipment and consumables at the depot are kept clean and organized;
  • Facilitate the delivery and collection of vehicles for repairs and maintenance as needed.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Must possess a valid Driver's license with the capability to operate a van;
  • Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged periods of walking, bending, and standing;
  • Previous experience in vehicle preparation for rental or dealership services is advantageous;
  • Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness and inspections;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Availability for part-time shifts, typically from late morning to early afternoon.
