Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at 100 Lcmc Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on established standards and policies.
- Facilitate a safe and supportive environment for patients and colleagues, with a focus on wound care treatment and prevention.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing and coordinating care for each assigned patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a positive attitude and proactive approach to meeting patient needs.
- Maintain current knowledge in nursing practice, participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current Louisiana license in good standing.
- Current American Heart BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 6 months of employment.
