- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines to provide the best possible care.
- Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana and as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
