Our modern factory, located in a key region, provides over 15,000 square meters of production facilities, making us one of the main producers of encapsulated ferroalloys for steel mills and foundries.

Job Title: Sales Manager for Central and Eastern Europe

We are seeking a Sales Manager for Central and Eastern Europe to report to our Europe Commercial Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing weekly and monthly sales programs.
  • Monitoring and negotiating with key accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Closed-wire trading: negotiating deals with customers to meet company margins and profitability targets.
  • Building and maintaining commercial relationships with customers in the designated region.
  • Preparing budgets by customer, product, and market sector.
  • Generating sales revenue at acceptable contribution levels to meet company targets.
  • Following up on quotations and providing sales support to customers.
  • Visiting customers to address quality, cash collection, or other issues.
  • Maintaining the company's image through a professional approach to sales.
  • Providing regular reports to Senior Management on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Technical education (engineering, chemistry) with commercial knowledge or similar skills due to work experience.
  • Knowledge of the steel plants and foundries market.
  • Experience in metal trading.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clients and communication with other company areas.
  • Technical profile, desire for growth, proactivity, and knowledge of customers, applications, and regulations in the steel industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
