Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our Global Enterprise Capabilities Digital Team. As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of BIM and Information Management on projects, developing BIM implementation strategies, and coordinating BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • BIM Implementation Strategy: Develop and deliver complex international BIM projects, establishing and administering the Common Data Environment (CDE) and supporting efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects.
  • CDE Management: Establish and administer the CDE, ensuring efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects and providing technical support to project teams.
  • Project Management: Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • BIM Execution: Create and maintain project industry framework documents, BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and appendices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Digital Technology and Content Management: Oversee the production of smart object content, templates, and libraries in the context of the project, deploy the use of AECOM's content management system (Autodesk Content Catalogue/UNIFI), and manage the best practice use of digital technology for collaboration, coordination, and delivery.
  • Quality: Establish and administer digital quality assurance control procedures, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with AECOM region project teams, Enterprise Capabilities office disciplines, and other Enterprise Capabilities Digital departments to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Industrial or Process Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural or Design Technology, or Construction Technology, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 10+ years of industry experience in the BIM and Digital Delivery field.
