About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our Account Management team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Key Account Manager in customer relationship management, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Intelligence Events: Improve external communication towards customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Financial Contractual Topics: Manage financial contractual topics, including issue escalation, ad hoc invoice clarification, and billing reporting.
  • Contract E2E Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts from start to finish, ensuring timely closure and compliance with company policies.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, revenue planning, and financial reconciliation.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration).
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a matrix environment.
  • Fluent English skills, both speaking and writing.
  • Strong communication and customer-centricity mindset.
  • Financial background in controlling or accounting, with solid data analytical skills.
