This role is with Mygwork, a platform that supports the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to creating a more inclusive and diverse work environment.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Extra Large. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale programs and projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving business growth.

About the Team: Our team is responsible for managing the entire service, from supply chain fulfillment to delivery and returns. We are committed to providing exceptional customer care and are looking for a Program Manager who shares our values and is passionate about delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale programs and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address business challenges.
  • Develop and implement operational and supply-chain management improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or operations management.
  • Relevant experience in managing large-scale programs or projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Prince2 certifications, or any other project management certification.
  • Experience conceptualizing and implementing operational or supply-chain management improvements, with a focus on driving business growth and improving operational performance.
