What You'll Do:

As a Technical Lead, you will be pivotal in architectural discussions, providing valuable insights and feedback while implementing APIs and backend services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Architectural Leadership : You will not only adhere to high-level directives but also actively influence and contribute to architectural decisions. Working alongside Business Analysts and fellow Developers, you will implement user stories for robust backend services and software. Your foresight enables you to make informed decisions that address both current and future challenges.
  • High-Performance Backend Solutions : Your code will drive fast, efficient API backend services, utilizing cutting-edge technologies. You will adopt a practical approach to creating performant solutions, maintaining high standards for performance and code quality.
  • Debugging Expert : When confronted with challenging bugs, you will persist. Root cause analysis is your forte, and maintaining software services is your responsibility. You delve deep to uncover and resolve issues.
  • Oversee pull requests and conduct thorough code reviews. Mentor team members on best practices. Uphold high standards of code quality and excellence. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team. Advocate for initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality, security, and performance of our systems. Act as an end-to-end owner , engaging in various aspects of the software lifecycle (design, build, delivery).

What We Are Looking For:

If you have over 10 years of experience thriving in complex technical environments and building large-scale applications, we want to hear from you. Here’s what we value:

  • Remote Collaboration : You have experience working with highly distributed teams, mastering the art of virtual collaboration.
  • Backend API Ownership : You have led the development of backend APIs and understand the complete API development lifecycle. You are proficient with OpenAPI specifications and Swagger.
  • Cloud Expertise : You excel in building scalable cloud applications. Your toolkit includes Azure Development, TableStorage, AppServices, PaaS, APIM, and ApplicationInsights.
  • Mastery of Tech Stack : You are skilled in Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, C#, SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, .NETCore, and Core.
  • Azure Certifications : If you hold Microsoft Azure certifications, consider them a valuable asset.
  • Agile Methodology : You have navigated the software development lifecycle with CI/CD, and are proficient with Git and Jira.
