Role Overview:
We are seeking a Front Office Agent who will serve as the friendly and welcoming face for our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests with a smile and a friendly welcome at the reception.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Handle phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance to guests.
- Collaborate with the concierge team to fulfill special requests and needs of guests.
- Oversee reservations and room assignments, ensuring guest preferences are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and transactions at the front desk.
- Work alongside other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required Skills:
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level and an intermediate level in a third language.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and courtesy.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems and front desk software.
- Excellent personal presentation and communication abilities.
