About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for managing national logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of goods from our warehouse to installation sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions to improve logistic flows, meeting Quality, Cost, Delay, and EHS targets.
  • Optimize processes in compliance with QCDE targets, ensuring the efficient management of warehouse, logistics, and transport teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Planning Manager/Material planning, Sourcing industrialization, manufacturing, and External Supplier.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Transport & logistic partners and Packaging subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement solutions to improve logistic flows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on quality, cost, delay, and EHS.
