Garden Hotels is a reputable hospitality company with over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry. Our main activity is hotel operation, and we have established a strong presence in the market with our unique sun and beach product focused on family tourism.

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our entertainment team in our hotels across the Balearic Islands and Andalusia.

Job Summary

We are looking for 25 entertainers who can specialize in various areas, including sport, children's entertainment, and fitness. As a member of our entertainment team, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging experience for our guests, including organizing activities, shows, and events.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and lead various activities, shows, and events for our guests, including sport, children's entertainment, and fitness programs.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Develop and implement new ideas and concepts to enhance our entertainment offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in physical education, leisure, or tourism education (degree) or a minimum of high school (baccalaureate or high sport/leisure technical education) for sport and shows positions.
  • Qualifications in teaching, technical education in kids care, or experience in working with children in schools/kids camps/play schools for children's entertainment positions.
  • Sports education related to fitness (fitness instructors, physical education specialized in fitness) and outdoors for fitness positions.
  • Previous experience in hotel entertainment is not required, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and knowledge of other languages (minimum B1 level) such as Spanish, German, French, Polish, Danish, Dutch, Swedish, and Czech.
