As a Marketing Technology Engineer, you will be part of the Customer Interactions Tribe, a diverse and agile team of specialists across various domains (business, communications, technology).   • Providing production support by analyzing and resolving any issues that arise, while enhancing technical practices through collaboration with peers.

Desired Qualifications:

Proven experience and technical proficiency (4 – 8 years):

Required:

  • Expertise in implementing and enhancing Marketing platforms for customer campaigns (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Bloomreach, AEM, WordPress, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
  • Proficiency in Tag Management solutions (e.g., Tealium).
  • Skills in data repository modeling, design, and management (e.g., Adobe CDP/DMP, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes).
  • Familiarity with APIs and Webhooks for seamless data integration.
  • Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Data ETL tools and languages (e.g., Powercenter, Informatica, PL/SQL, Python).
  • Skills in analytics and reporting for campaign performance (e.g., SQL, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI).
  • Basic understanding of security controls and compliance.
