Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented KYC Compliance Specialist to join our growing KYC team in Madrid. As a KYC Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in assessing confidential information provided by merchants and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform KYC checks on sub-merchants, collect and verify relevant documentation, and iterate on the process flow.
  • Communicate directly with merchants and be the first point of contact for every onboarding-related matter.
  • Be an internal product advocate, track product processes, and contribute to the platform by feeding back feedback and issues received from merchants.
  • Be an internal advisor for onboarding-related questions in the local office.

  • An analytical and critical mindset.
  • A sense of achievement from solving operational problems and helping others.
  • An affinity for Onboarding/KYC/CDD and operational processes, and a willingness to learn more about it.
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages considered a plus.
