About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Digital Business Leader to join our team at Thyssenkrupp Elevator. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our global digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of digital professionals, including product managers, developers, and designers, to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital transformation programs that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and execute a global digital strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with our CDO and fellow leaders to design and run transformational programs that drive business value and lead as a role model.
  • Support the development and operationalization of our global strategy and define the roadmap to implement digital elements.
  • Lead the execution of complex digital programs from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Over 10 years of experience as a team leader/business leader and strategy management consultant with strong digital experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience in designing, developing, and scaling digital solutions that add business value in a global B2B setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
