About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our Sales Operations team. As a Backoffice Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing our internal Back Office system, creating and managing plans that enter our platform, and ensuring the correct performance of our plans through weekly database queries. You'll also coordinate with different teams to carry out necessary changes in the marketplace configuration and their experiences, maintain and manage integration by APIs, monitor and keep updated the content of the Fever marketplace, and attend weekly meetings with different departments.

About You
  • You're a fast learner with good information retention and multitasking skills.
  • You can work under pressure and manage high demand peaks.
  • You have good social skills and can manage interpersonal relationships (daily communication with all departments of the company).
  • You have a high level of English and Spanish.
  • You have +2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • You're a decisive person who can react quickly and manage problems.
  • You're proficient in number and data management.
  • You're fluent and can manage Microsoft Office, and in general, with different software tools.
