Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support strategic or cross-area projects, programs, and change initiatives.
- Act as the PMO, responsible for governance and evaluation processes.
- Develop and implement methods for performance- and efficiency tracking across the entire organization.
- Build and maintain relevant important metrics and insights, ensuring they are updated, supervised, and shared with relevant people.
- Own and provide data insights into the operational, financial, and efficiency performance of the game.
- Build and maintain spreadsheets and reports to supervise KPIs and other relevant metrics.
- Lead the objectives and key results process for the entire Soda organization, making tangible impact on our strategic goals.
- Lead communications and information-sharing processes of the areas you own, ensuring people at various levels have the right level and amount of information to be engaged, advised, and able to make good decisions.
- Oversee the preparation and coordination of materials for cross-area meetings and other deliverables.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business operations, project management, and data analysis. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
