Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Lead to join our team. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of Proton accounts and payments across our ecosystem. You will work closely with our engineering, growth, data, and design teams to drive product innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a strategic vision for the product across all platforms.
  • Establish strong working relationships with and influence business units across the entire Proton ecosystem.
  • Drive product innovation by identifying internal and external customer problems and devising novel solutions.
  • Hire, lead, inspire, and coach the product organization for the Account and Payments domains.
  • Facilitate hand-in-hand collaboration between product, engineering, growth, and marketing to align on the vision and execution.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product management across web, mobile, and desktop platforms, particularly in the B2C context.
  • Experience in managing small teams directly and about 25 people indirectly.
  • Strategic leader with an analytical and data-driven mindset, with a track record for launching products and features with commercial impact.
  • Strong empathy for the customer, user-centric mindset, and an unwillingness to lower standards.
  • Good sense of business acumen and ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and finance.
  • A strong innate sense for good UX, with a love for design.
  • Solid project management skills with successful track record of delivering on time and given resource constraints.
  • The right mentality to remove obstacles and enable the team to move forward. Ability to be hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical acumen, able to contribute to technical decisions.
