Your Role
As an Inside Sales Representative at Blu Selection, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Outbound Sales Calls: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify new business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Lead Management: You will be in charge of managing leads from initial contact to conversion, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and passed on to the relevant teams.
- Commercial Qualification: You will assess the commercial potential of each lead and provide recommendations for follow-up actions.
- Appointment Setting: You will schedule appointments with potential clients on behalf of our attached resellers.
- Information Sharing: You will ensure that all relevant information is shared with the reseller, enabling them to make informed decisions.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native Level of French and Good English: Fluency in French and a good command of English, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in B2B Sales: Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on leads, outbound, and cold-calling.
- Goal-Oriented and Proactive: A strong ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
