We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our Electrical Safety Programs in the Onshore Wind Engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and tracking program activities, trading off business risks with schedule demands, and project financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Program Planning and Execution: Develop and implement program plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Communication: Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior business leaders and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve program processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure program deliverables meet business requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Apply technical knowledge and expertise to program management, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management or 7 years of experience in project engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electrical safety programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in the wind industry and knowledge of LEAN principles would be an asset.
