About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Makeup Industrialization Manager to join our team at Puig Deutschland Gmbh. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for transforming product designs or concepts into manufacturable products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-conception and pre-feasibility of product briefs, establishing minimum information on packaging and formula consultation.
  • Selecting the vendor panel with the purchasing team to send RFQs.
  • Creating packaging quotation formats with the purchasing team, including pre-specs.
  • FOLLOWING AND CHALLENGING TECHNICAL ANSWERS FROM SUPPLIERS WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE MU PACKAGING CONCEPTOR.
  • Selecting the appropriate filling process and TPM for the formula.
  • Integrating our CSR approach on each project, including spice calculation for VAC.
  • Development and homologation:
    • Detailed risk analysis, including industrial constraints.
    • Functional analysis for drawing validation.
    • Deep follow-up of the supplier, ensuring lead-time, quality, cost, including TPM.
    • Driving and coordinating meetings with suppliers (including TPM) and marketing.
    • Coordinating with pack/indus Barcelona the development packaging and industrialization, for quality team and outsourcing team.
    • Assisting project team follow-up.
    • Giving all relevant information to project team and CNP on tasks and milestones.
    • Analyzing and adjusting the setup of each piece with the supplier.
    • Qualifying the pieces with lab support.
    • Qualifying the pieces to be compatible with the formula and the TPM industrialization.
    • Establishing specifications, range boards, gabarits, and drawings to control components.
    • Giving all components needed for line trials, compatibility, user tests, technical preseries, and commercial preseries if needed.
  • Execution and production:
    • Validating the starting of production, on time, quality, and cost, with pack supplier and TPM.
    • Preparing packaging assembling instructions for TPM.
    • Preparing and participating in project closing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar.
  • Spanish and English bilingual. Italian highly valuable.
  • Specific knowledge desired: project management, office, Adobe, SolidWorks.
