At Puig, we are seeking a highly skilled Operational Makeup Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our marketing strategy worldwide. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the growth and success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Plan Development
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive marketing plans that align with our brand's objectives and goals.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of brand performance in key markets to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze brand wholesale performance in key markets to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and challenge the brand and markets to ensure alignment with marketing plans.
- Global Brand Animation
- Manage the worldwide brand animation, ensuring consistency and coherence across all markets.
- Support local teams in the development and implementation of local promotional plans and launch strategies.
- Communication and Coordination
- Send brand communications to markets about marketing plans and launch plans updates.
- Guarantee OMD alignment and knowledge exchange by providing relevant brand information.
- Insights and Best Practices
- Produce launch brand feedback reports, consolidating individual reports into a single document.
- Cross-Region fertilization (best practices or special requests) amongst key markets and regions.
- Operations Oriented Activities
- Forecast analysis: join SO&P meetings and address any issues with markets.
- Catalogue maintenance: product line by market and exceptions.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in a similar position as Operational Marketing Manager, ideally acquired in the Perfumes industry, Luxury or Cosmetics universe.
- Previous makeup experience is a must.
- Master Degree, major in Marketing, ideally in Luxury Management.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
