- Develop and maintain technical documentation on how to configure our OMP planning solution for colleagues, alliance partners, and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with new product features and ensure that documentation is accurate and relevant.
- Grow into a company-wide expert and point of contact within your area(s) of expertise.
- Assure knowledge dissemination by sharing best practices with your colleagues and building bridges between different teams.
- Take ownership of documentation projects and ensure timely completion.
- Align with stakeholders to ensure that documentation meets their needs.
- Perform assignments as a technical trainer, in line with your interests and talents.
