About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our network infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement network infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of our business, including WAN, LAN, and wireless networks.
  • Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure network uptime and performance.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of network services.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all network infrastructure and services meet the required security and compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with network technologies, including WAN, LAN, W-LAN, 802.1X, Firewalling, Load balancing, Routing, Switching, and VPN, SD-WAN.
  • Industry Certifications: Hold relevant industry certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, and experience with automation tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex network issues and develop effective solutions.
