Job Title: Business Developer - Renewable Energy Specialist

Iman Global Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our renewable energy business unit in Italy.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and shareholders.
  • Identify and research potential clients and partners to support business growth.
  • Support the development of new projects by creating a network of shareholders to support the BU Italy growing in the market.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components.
  • Conduct ongoing market research.
  • Support the development of organizational initiatives and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Finance or related field.
  • Specialized Master's degree or any other kind of knowledge on renewables is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energies sector; experience in commercial, finance or legal fields would be valuable.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, SIG tools.
  • Languages: full professional working proficiency in Italian and intermediate English; Spanish is highly valuable.
