About the Role:
Reconocida Empresa is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Go-to-Market (GTM) Data Analytics team. As the Head of GTM Data Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and evolving analytics capabilities to support decision-making, goal-setting, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data professionals to generate actionable insights that enable sales teams to make data-driven decisions and achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement the analytical vision to closely align with business needs, maximizing efficiency and supporting GTM growth.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including sales executives, sales and marketing process owners, and the central data team, to understand their needs, prioritize projects, communicate recommendations, and support adoption.
- Embodiment and promotion of Personio values and culture, leading by example and upholding high ethical and professional standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working in and leading a Go-to-Market analytics team with a proven track record of driving impact.
- Background in a quantitative field such as computer science, business informatics, statistics, physics, or math.
- Demonstrated experience and success in leading data teams that have delivered measurable business results through their insights and data products.
- Profound knowledge of Python and SQL, as well as experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of GTM operational software such as Salesforce or HubSpot and experience developing a data strategy based on those data sources.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies and ability to implement a culture of experimentation to drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing processes.
