We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Agent to join our team at TUI Global Business Services. As an Accounts Payable Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Accounts Payable (AP) activities within Global Finance Services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with supplier account management, providing timely and accurate support to our TUI MM entities and businesses throughout the Accounts Payable cycle.
- Prepare payment proposals and ensure payments are accurate and on time, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process supplier invoices, answer supplier queries, and support financial controls, identifying and managing issues on supplier accounts.
- Analyze supplier account status and validate prepayment and deposit requests, communicating effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Previous experience in a General Ledger department and proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook, and Excel are essential. ERP experience, particularly with SAP, is an advantage.
