Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Konecranes. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, annual plans, and budgets in line with our Group and Business Area strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing activities within the EMEA South region, including digital marketing, social media, and other channels.
  • Develop and implement internal and external communication activities, including press releases, media relations, and employee communications.
  • Support the Sub-region South team and other related functions in their marketing and communications needs.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a managerial position.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in other languages such as Italian and French an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and communication practices and techniques.
  • Proactive and focused on details, with good leadership skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Passion for learning and willingness to take on new challenges and share knowledge.
