Marketing and Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, annual plans, and budgets in line with Group and Business Area strategies and plans.
  • Develop and implement marketing activities within the region, including digital marketing, social media, and other digital platforms and channels.
  • Develop and implement internal and external communication activities, supporting the Sub-region South team and other related functions in their various marcom needs.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Suitable B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree, preferably in marketing and communications.
  • Earlier work experience, minimum 3 years, in managerial positions in marketing and/or communications, preferably within companies in the industry sector.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in other languages like Italian and French is an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and communication practices and techniques.
  • Proactive and focused on details, with good leadership skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges and share knowledge.
