About the Role

As a Renewal Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers during the renewals process. You'll build trust, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in advanced cloud technologies will be essential in securing customer wins and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process
  • Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline
  • Engage with small and medium businesses to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Support the renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Requirements
  • Native or proficient in Italian with advanced English
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and a passion for cloud technologies
  • General knowledge of the IT industry with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge quickly
  • Achievement and success-driven personality
  • Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions (preferred)
