About the Role

Zurich Australian Insurance is seeking an experienced and visionary Group Head of Enterprise Data Architecture to lead our company's data architecture strategy. As a key member of our data office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing data architecture solutions that align with business objectives, enhance data quality, and support the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances data quality.
  • Lead a team of senior data architects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a data culture and drive data-driven initiatives.
  • Implement best practices and ensure the organization maximizes the value of its data products, business intelligence, and analytical value cases.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement data strategy and architecture solutions for Life, P&C, Claims, and other LOBs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the data architecture team and ensure the successful implementation of data architecture solutions.

  • Proven experience in navigating a complex, matrix-structured organization.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive data-driven initiatives and implement best practices.
  • Experience in data strategy, architecture, and governance.
