About the Role

We're looking for talented individuals to join our International Talent Programme - Retail Banking Track. This is a two-year development programme designed for international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills, and challenges as we can pack into 2 intensive years.

During the programme, you'll be able to rotate between different teams of the bank. You'll also have workshops and activities to develop your potential in three key areas:

  • Banking Skills

  • Personal Growth

  • Professional Development

You'll attend two global events where all trainees come together to learn, network, and develop themselves.

About You

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies

  • Master's degree

  • Up to 2 years of experience

  • Good academic record

  • Advanced or bilingual knowledge of both English and Spanish (C1 at a minimum)

  • Customer-focused and results-oriented person

  • Good digital, analytical, and strategic thinking skills

  • Great organizational, oral, and written communication skills

  • Passionate about innovation, new market trends, and future thinking

  • Able to work in an autonomous way, take initiative, and make things happen with a can-do attitude

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Good team player, willing to collaborate with different people

  • Ability to work at an international level
