Programme Overview

The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills, and challenges as we can pack into 2 intensive years. During the programme, you will have the opportunity to rotate between different teams of the bank, developing your skills and knowledge in a variety of areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of a strong vision on how to attract consumers and continuously improve existing journeys.
  • Help to develop, launch, and maintain an attractive product and service value proposition on the market, providing the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Work to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, and bring the best experience in the moments of truth, pursuing innovative solutions.
  • Use analytical skills to comprehend, select, and analyze data to gather insights that help the decision-making process.
  • Contribute to the translation of business needs into requirements for implementation.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for talented individuals with a passion for the financial industry and a desire to develop their skills and knowledge. If you have:

  • Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies.
  • A Master's degree.
  • Up to 2 years of experience.
  • A good academic record.
  • Advanced or bilingual knowledge of both English and Spanish (C1 at a minimum).
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
  • Good digital, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Great organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation, new market trends, and future thinking.
  • Able to work in an autonomous way, take initiative, and make things happen with a can-do attitude.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Good team player, willing to collaborate with different people.
  • Ability to work at an international level.
