Your qualifications:

  • Experience leading at least one complete implementation, with proven expertise in any of the following modules: Employee Central, Time Management, and/or Recruiting.
  • Experience in additional modules will be viewed favorably.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • A passion for working in a growth-oriented company where you continuously challenge processes and yourself for improvement.

Expected responsibilities:

As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for managing projects ranging from medium-sized to complex, large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations for a variety of prominent clients.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in and lead international projects related to your area of expertise and other modules.

  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Advise clients on SAP best practices and innovations, while staying informed about the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies.
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to comprehend business processes and ensure alignment with solution functionalities.
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users of the client.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
