We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate, Entity Management to join our team in the UK. This is a full-time and permanent position that offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Global Entity Management team and its growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively handle enquiries from international clients and colleagues to ensure that all new enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  2. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within client leadership, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Develop and maintain customer relationships, participating in the retention of key account management relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  4. Review client's preliminary instructions and advise on the client due diligence requirements in accordance with in-country compliance obligations, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  5. Schedule, attend, and minute weekly client meetings, circulating the completed minutes to the appropriate principals and ensuring that all action items are completed in a timely manner.
  6. Set up and maintain the client environment within the Vistra global compliance application, providing transparency into the client task and compliance status across client requests.
  7. Facilitate agreed service provisions, including drafting associated documentation to authorise new power of attorney, drafting relevant resolutions and contracts, requesting transfer documents, and arranging filings with the relevant registry.
  8. Ensure all new enquiries are entered into and maintained on the VEnterprise system and followed up and invoiced as necessary, ensuring that all revenue is accurately recorded and reported.
  9. Record all time on VEnterprise accurately and promptly to support the profitability management of the client contract, ensuring that all costs are accurately tracked and reported.
  10. Arrange for the notarisation and legalisation of documents where necessary, and be aware of the capabilities of Vistra legalization services to support.
  11. Manage tasks with our 3rd party partners and local Vistra offices to ensure timely completion of client requests, and proactively escalate matters with management where client deliverables may be at risk.
  12. Record and present all necessary statistics as requested from time to time by the Associate Director, providing regular updates on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
