About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing commercial strategies to support the delivery of commercial plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute growth strategies, implementing management monitoring to ensure trade investment and return culture is embedded across the Pharmacy channel.
  • Collaborate in the definition of the investment strategy across sub-channels and customers with Sales and Category & Shopper Department.
  • Monitor G2N investment vs plan and aim to maximize ROI with an active participation in company key business cases.
  • Lead NRM forecasting with direct contribution to the annual planning process across channels and coordinate commercial and finance teams to drive business results.
  • Implement and monitor the Customer Growth Framework (Brand Portfolio Pricing / Pack Price Architecture / Active Mix Management / Promotion Management / Trade Investment) in Spain, making appropriate adjustments to fit country needs and resources.
  • Work on Gross to Net P&L for account/product specific actions to analyze offer's feasibility and work consistently with KAMs and Sales Director to analyze promo efficiencies, uplifts etc. and give corrective inputs to the related teams.
  • Challenge cross teams investment and resources embedded in customers, vs plan and vs LY, helping the organization to take correct decisions based on data.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous relevant experience in a Net Revenue Growth, Sales controlling or Finance Business Partner function preferably in Consumer Health Care or FMCG.
  • High level of commercial acumen and very high level of analytical skills with a Finance background and NRM strategies preferred (Pricing, Promo, G2N, Mix, Price Pack Architecture).
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transform them into action.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • English - fluent.
